Jennifer has over 30 years of experience working in the public school system and now provides therapy in private practice, both in person and virtually. She works with children, teenagers, and adults.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. Jennifer specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, identity exploration, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions.

She is trained in suicide prevention, emotional regulation, social skills, healthy boundaries, confidence building, and career readiness.

Jennifer uses a client-centered, collaborative approach, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can build practical skills, set goals, and move forward with confidence. She is passionate about helping people grow, adapt, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
